Organic Cell Pack Herbs Information
Hillcrest Nursery Inc. has been specializing in Cell Pack Herbs for over 30 years and became USDA Certified Organic in 2008.
All Organic Cell Pack Orders (Prebook and Excess) are ordered as Split 102 liners (51 plugs total).
Size 102 and 84 Liners are no longer available for Prebook! We are now selling plugs in Split 102 Liners only (51 - 1" Hex plugs).
- Prices are based on the nearest whole integer, meaning the cost of each liner is only for 50 plugs.
Prebook Orders
- Prebook orders require a lead time of 12 weeks prior to requested ship date.
- You can Prebook your order at: Organic Cell Pack Herbs Prebook or email a completed order form to orders@hillcrestnursery.com
- Order changes/cancellations cannot be made once items are in production.
Weekly Excess Orders
- Excess availability is posted weekly, after the prebook orders have been fulfilled
- Orders will ship the following Monday - Wednesday.
- Excess items are listed online at: Weekly Availability
- Excess items will not be confirmed until the order has been pulled.
- **During peak seasons we may not have an excess availability**

EOD -
- EODs are for Prebooked Orders placed by Mid-October for shipment the following January - June.
- The minimum order to qualify for an EOD is 1200 cell pack herb plugs per ship date.
- Discount Pricing:
- $1.00 off per 100 plugs on orders of 1200 plugs per ship date.
- $1.50 off per 100 plugs on orders of 1300 - 4000 plugs per ship date.
- $2.00 off per 100 plugs on orders of 4100, or more plugs per ship date.
- **Note: Early Order Discount is Applied to Final Invoice**
Tray Sizes Information
Size 102 and 84 Liners are no longer available for Prebook! We are now selling plugs in Split 102 Liners only (51 - 1" Hex plugs).
- Split 102 Liners are 21" x 6" x 2" and contain 51 plugs.
- Split 102 Liners have 1" hex cells.
- *Only billed for 50 plugs respectively*
Picture Tags Information
- Picture Tags are available for $8.00/50.
- Tags are sold in bundles of 50.
- Tags are required for any herb with a royalty.
- Tags are approximately 4.5" x 1.5"
- Tags for excess items are not guaranteed.
- A restocking fee of 5% will be charged if tags are cancelled.
Box Information
- A large box contains 8-6 liners and is 22"x 13"x 16"
- A small box contains 4 liners and is 22"x 13"x 9"
- Tall plants will require a box with a larger insert to prevent breaking (a large box fitting 6 liners).

- There is a $8.00/box boxing fee.
- Mesh wrapping is added for protection.
- Winter packaging is mandatory upon cold weather conditions.
- Winter packaging is an additional $6.00/box.

- We ship cellpack herbs across the US
- Shipping is through FedEx, UPS, or Air Cargo Collect
- Customers can also pick up their order at our location
Quality Assurance

- If there is ever an issue with your order, you will need to make a claim
- Claims are handled on a case by case basis
Payments
- Effective July 1st 2024 a processing fee of 3% will be applied to accounts paying with Credit Card
- Payments must be made via credit card unless you have preapproved terms
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express
- Local Pickups may also pay via cash or check
