We prefer that you fax in your orders. If you do not have a fax machine, you may call in your orders.
Terms
We are pleased to make credit arrangements with established customers. New customers will be delivered COD until credit verification. Open accounts are due 30 days from the invoice date. We accept AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, MASTERCARD and VISA.
A finance charge of 2% per month (an annual rate of 24%) will be assessed to accounts that are 30 days overdue.
Your satisfaction is important to us. Please make any claims within three days after receiving plant material.
